First time at a Zizzi what an excellent experience. Food was fantastic and the service and atmosphere was amazing. First class service from Alex and her colleagues. Want a meal at Wembley Designer Outlet then look no further
I was very dissapointed when I opened one of the boxes with food to find a long black hair inside. It was the first time and the last time when I ordered from them. Of course I threw to the bin all the food, I didn't even open the other boxes.
Was a bit empty when we came which was off peak times. The pasta served was definitely decent, a very generous portion but worth it in the end. The ambience seemed really pleasant but since we went during the wrong times. Would recommend just for food.
Perfect place for quick dinner before popping to see a film! Very helpful and quick serving staff. Also spacious.
This restaurant isn't great - i could cook better food at home and the glasses were not washed properly. The bread for the bruschetta was hard I could not bite into it. This is not a good representation of Zizzi as a brand as I have eaten may times in central London and had a much better experience. The decor was also very outdated.
Tried this place already with my friend and I am obsessed ever since. I love the awesome mood and fresh food and beverages. Fantastic work.
Great place to eat if you love Italian Food. Thoroughly enjoyed the pasta which was very well made. The service is quick and the ambience is good. Highly recommended
Worst experience of customer service. We had to wait for 20 minutes for a table only to be said later there would be a delay of one hour for any food. This could be communicated much earlier with customers.
