Stop ordering cookie dough from pizza hut, they are advertising that it comes with the ice cream, once you place your order on the app they call back saying its not available they will not refund you at all, they are coning people into ordering so there sales don't go down. Call the brunch before placing your orders, don't get robbed. Who even eats cookie dough without the ice cream
We ordered 2 pizzas and a side, only one of the two pizzas arrived. When we called to explain the situation, the worker said “sorry nothing we can do” and hung up. We called back, no response, saying they were closed. So now, we have no refund, no pizza, and no one will talk to us.
Regret ordering pizza from pizza hut wembley, it was one of the worst one, no base sause, oily, no cheese, completely tasteless. Looking at other reviews there is no point of complaining to store.

Cold disgusting food !!!! Took over an hour Tracker stopped 40 minutes before delivery and when it eventually arrived it was not in insulated carrier and needless to say food was cold and utterly tasteless . Never again . Going back to Papa John
What a disaster! Is it a almost see through pizza? So thin, you can barely taste the base. Thin as air, no taste. We previously ordered a pizza and it was completly different, it was delicious. What could possibly go wrong with the company? Maby they dont have enough dough so they make two pizzas from one? If you want to lose weight, go for it as there is hardly anything to eat!

The worst Pizza Hut outlet… terrible food hygiene, unhelpful and rude staff. Should be closed down. If I could, I’d give 0 stars.
The pizza was delicious, lovely and tasty, but the service was slow and very poor. I waited for a maximum of 30 minutes for the food to come up. And the worst thing is they do not even deliver to my address, so I have to go there with my dad to collect it.
This business have taken my monies out of my Apple Pay and have cancelled my Order. This is ridiculous and the manager informed me that it was a glitch on his system and there is nothing he can do…. A Mickey Mouse setup with no type of customer service experience. I think I will order from a alternative place next time. This is a shame that Pizza Hut have now lost a loyal customer for over 20 years.
