Highly Recommend! I've been using ZigZag for over 10 years and have always received excellent customer service and experienced hair stylists that do a wonderful job. On this occasion, I booked a 45 min Cut & Blow Dry online, last minute - and Fi had a slot available the next day. I desperately needed some TLC for my long split ends, the cut and style itself left me with fresh hair and a flattering style. Fi very kindly extending the booking to a 60 minute slot so that she could advise me on a specific product care routine that would protect my dry ends. I have naturally red hair and have always avoided dyes, but sun exposure had bleached my hair in patches - Fi recommended a conditioning product that would give a little bit of natural colour back to the faded areas - and I was able to take the product home with advise on use. All in all 10/10 and I shall be booking in with Fi again soon. Thank you xx

Suzanne at Zigzag is amazing! She is so professional and is always on top of the latest trends and techniques. I always feel that she cares and listens to my requirements. She consistently bubbly and happy, with great customer care.Services: Hair coloring
Hairstylist was friendly but I don't think she cared much about the look I wanted. I went to a lot of time and effort to find photos of the style I wanted and she barely looked at them so unsurprisingly it wasn't really what I wanted. Once dried I asked for it to be styled with a few ends flicked out but I came out looking like a poodle. Also she struggled to comb my hair and kept pulling it rather than conditioning it well or using a detangling spray. I don't have issues with knots in my hair when I wash it. It wasn't coloured on my visit. Just a cut & blow dry. Was very disappointed. I'm just glad I got it at a discount rate but maybe that's what got me a discount service
Had an impromptu hair curl for a wedding, whilst I appreciate they squeezed me in and my hair did look great I found £41 to have my hair curled Not washed or blow dried or put up, just curled rather steep. I also didn't appreciate receiving 4 marketing texts... they didn't tell me they were going to use my details to send marketing messages!
