I totally recommend this salon.  I went to Joanna (Images) feeling depressed due to a really bad cut and colour from a previous hairdresser, I am talking major mullet!!!!  Joanna talked me through my options and her recommendations then somehow transformed the most hideous cut and colour into something amazing.  Joanna has restored my self confidence, as many of you will know when your hair looks bad it eats at your confidence.  So, if you want fabulous hair then give Images Towcester a go.

It was my 1st time having my hair cut at this salon, I wish I had just walked out. First of all the stylist didn't even ask me what I wanted before she took me to wash my hair. Hair washing is normally an experience I enjoy and would have if the water spray hadn't been getting me wet. She sat me down and still didn't ask what I wanted I literally had to get my phone out and show her pictures which she didn't seem to take much notice of. She continued to cut my hair by this point I was getting very nervous. Hair initially looked ok although was quite a bit shorter than I wanted. After a few days my hair began to look worse as it settled, then came the wash test. I washed and blow dry it my self, it was a nightmare all uneven at the back looked like I had two different hairs cuts depending on what side you looked at it! I will definitely not be going back there and would not recommend it. I am now having to wait a lot longer than I normally would to have it cut again, really not happy.
