The car comes quickly, which is the best thing. However, the driver doesn't put a meter on the dashboard, which is the biggest problem. He took the long way just to make more money, there was a short way, but he took me the long way. Aside from that, he doesn't even have a map in front of him, neither a google map nor any other map. He just drove his own way. All this mess has caused my bills to exceed my expectations.
Bro I swear down this guys tapped. I try book a taxi three times and the guys a bit lost. So he goes ask some1 local. Little idiot
I was very disappointed with their customer service. I hope that Ziggi's Metro Cars takes customer feedback seriously and works to improve their customer service and overall experience for passengers. Update- I was struggling to get my own receipt for one of my journeys. They are liers I didn't expect that kind of worst service from this country anyway
Ziggy's delivered to us at our hotel while in Halifax the delivery was quicker than the 45 mins posted bk to us. The food was Fantastic absoutley Delicious the Baklava was such a large portion and absoutley Delicious will call next time we are in Halifax for sure
let us know it’s cash only about 2 mins down the road from the depot. we said we only have card, and no one told us that so we wanted to get out. the driver shouted at us to take cash out at a machine to pay him for the 2 minute journey. told us it would be £5 for a 2 minute journey so we thought we may as well stay to get home. he demanded we pay him the full amount when we were nowhere near home. as 2 young girls out late we felt threatened by this and were very anxious. we refused and felt very anxious the whole way home. wish we walked 2 hours home instead.
Very fast service and friendly driver’s
Always use ziggys metro if I need a taxi. Called this time for my daughter and didn't book in advance. They turned up within 5 minutes which I wasn't expecting given it was a Saturday at 11:30pm so was happy with that.
I got a taxi with 2 friends after a night out. I am honestly surprised I’m still alive, the driver was going 60-70mph on 20-30mph roads and then harshly braking before speed cameras. He drove past every single red light and then would harshly brake again in order to roll back to behind the light. He was driving on the wrong side of the road around corners because he was driving so fast and he not once used his indicator. I was scared for my life.
OK if you don't use the app. Charged me £9 on the app had no cash for a fare that cost £6.10 the next 2 days running. No point having a facility to pay by card if its 33% more.
From making my booking to pick me up from Leeds Bradford Airport, the driver picking me up, the journey and then ordering my return booking and that journey, this company was fantastic. Friendly and efficient, and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone in the area.
