Staff was great and quick at serving people even on a Saturday. The music was good albeit whilst was in there didn’t pay too much attention to it. The floor space feels a little to small however for dancing, was getting knocked into more often than I’d like.

Can be quiet at times. More lively on a weekend. We had the royal burger tea here which was amazing. Great if you like a cocktail too.

We were thoroughly enjoying our experience within this establishment for the first hour, we thought we were in a great bar with a great atmosphere. After an hour we decided to leave the club to go to a diffrerent club nearby, however on discovering that most other establishments were closed we decided to return to Zero degress North. Myself and another friend of mine were aloud entry to the club however my other friend who has a disability was denied entry, without going into detail his balance is not orthodox, however they manage perfectly in public arena's. They never make a fuss and never mention it to anyone. On this occasion we could see the distress on their face, and how vulnerable they felt being segregated as a member of society. As per usual he was getting barged around like in other places, however we felt comfortable. We strongly feel he was discriminated against because of his disability, specifically by a bouncer who said he had too much to drink. When we clearly realised this was discrimination we stuck by our friend and l challenged the security officers decision. The decision the security member made was for the disabled member of the public to urinate in the public street, which is not acceptable. This member of the security team clearly needs additional training, I will be following this up with a telephone call to the management at the establishment. We had been enjoying a fun evening in which we had had a few drinks but nothing to cause an inability to balance or walk. To put it into perspective this security/door man has ruined our night by discriminating against a disabled member of the public, which is not acceptable and merits an apology for the embarrassment . I expect a full apology to my friend and the party which accompanied him. When we spoke to the bouncer about discrimination he spoke solely aggressively and his attention was towards a physical encounter even though he knew one of our party was disabled, the bouncer/door mans job description is to ensure all members of the establishment are treated fairly and have a safe discharge from the building, the respire we received was physical and verbally abusive when we challenged the decision we were verbally attacked ad told to "come here and say that" when we had said our friend was treated unfairly and e/they were discriminating. I would very much appreciate a face to face encounter with his manger present, this way he will know what is acceptable to say to the public/disabled customers and what is in his job description. The guy behind the bar is always so lovely. Think his name is Ross. When I come and get food every time it is bang on point. Love it so much. Props to North !!
