Very big variety to choose from and stones are great quality. It was not too expensive in some cases. Staff should be more respectful. Crystal shop is an experience, not a grocery store.
I can highly recommend Zen Shop. I bought some crystal jewellery and insence, all beautiful. In addition, I was sent a free download which months later, I have just started listening to!! How beautiful the energies are as I had forgotten this when a friend asked me yesterday to do a Tarot reading for her; I'm very much a beginner so am delighted to be watching this download. THANK YOU
Went first time for a reading to try it out. Was seen 10 mins late and she was with someone. She was not at all psychic or clairvoyant more of a scam artist! She couldn’t get anything right about me and from what I did tell her about me she was guessing wrong and didn’t have a clue. She asked to talk about something with was not even a reading and then told me to go didn’t even get my full half hour paid for and was totally rubbish waste of time end money so not try or go for a reading unless you want to waste ur money!
I ordered Chinese wash 2 different types and a pentagram-shaped incense holder. a little slow in arriving, took 2 weeks, but arrived in good shape. I had a very polite response to my chaser email the day before items arrived. would use again and would recommend.
Amazing service, ordered 2 bowls from the zen shop. One arrived with a small hole in it which is not their fault at all and a replacement was sent out to me straight away. Brilliant service and gorgeous products! So chuffed, thank you so much.

Had a reading from Mel....wow she was good. Sports on in everything she told me . Such a lovely lady ,felt like I was chatting to an old friend,could have talked all day!!! I would book again without a second thought! Highly recommended
Great little shop not far from the old custard factory in Digbeth Important thing to say prices are really good sometimes these type of shops 10 to milk queue on the prices but not at the Zen. Purchased a few things and the daughter she was so impressed ended up going back with a mum the following day well worth a trip if you’re in the area
