Quick service done at a fair price and they don’t try and upsell you. The exact opposite of other large readily available furnace places. These guys are a family owned honest company that I would highly recommend.

After many other phone calls to competitors and being told my moms air conditioner needed to be replaced, I contacted Mark to get another opinion. He was very quick to respond and came out to take a look. Instead of replacing, he was actually able to fix her air conditioning, which will save her some time until she is actually needing to replace her air conditioner. His honesty and professionalism is unmatched. I won’t hesitate to call him again for any HVAC needs.

These folks are great. They answer the phone with a real person that is interested in helping you. I called at 8:30 am with an ac problem during a recent heat wave and their service technician was at my home by 2:30. He was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. He got me up and going with a new thermostat and diagnosed a problem with the furnace motor which was replaced the next day with a new one by yet another polite friendly technician. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Great work everyone! Ron Peifer

Nov/1/24 new furnace and airconditioner was installed BY Mark and Xavier very tidy and profesional. The previous day Spencer had checked the furnace out not working.Repair costs not worth spending on an eighteen year old system. Thanks Aldo

We had an issue where our thermostat and furnace were not communicating.  I was connected to a technician, Mark, who walked me through some possible solutions.  I unplugged a fuse, put it back in and it solved the issue.  Rather than immediately sending out a technician, they saved us the price of a service call.  I have dealt with Zed-Air in the past and have been very pleased with their service.

Amazing.....is the only word that I can think of to describe my interaction with Zed Air.  We are finishing our basement and our furnace was the age of the house 35 years. When we first moved in, 10 years ago our A/C unit stopped working and I called Zed Air and I was so impressed with that interaction, I knew exactly who I was going to call for our furnace.  We knew that our time with our current furnace was limited, we decided to replace it now before the work on the basement is done.  Calling the office to book my visit was expertise at its best, Kristen, Amanda and Dawn were so accommodating and I knew I was in good hands.  Mark came out provided me options for next steps, he was extremely knowledgeable, personable and just wanted to make sure that we were making a good decision. Not only did he support us but because of his expertise we moved forward with the new Furnace and then we asked if Zed Air could help us with our Water Heater. Mark again, provided support and knowledge about our options and let us decide on what we wanted with zero pressure. We went with a new Furnace and Tankless Water Heater.  Adam and Jimmy were here right on time.  They were polite right off the bat, they saw that I worked from home and would come up and let me know if things were about to get noisy. Not only did they not make interrupt my day, they cleaned up after and walked me through how my new furnace/Water Heater would operate and next steps should anything go wrong. Adam recommended some options for me on my basement reno and how I could best use the space now that I had more room. Jimmy was outside in the freezing cold making sure that everything was proper and still had a smile on his face. Dawson came on the day of the Water Heater install and exactly the same as Adam and Jimmy, very polite and just happy to help. This was no easy job as the gas lines in this house were all over the place, which meant that Zed Air had to move all the gas lines, the furnace needed to be turned around to fit in with our renovation wants.  From my first call with Zed Air to the end of job was seamless and if I could give this company 10 stars I would!  Thank you for everything!

I have owned 3 new houses over 25 years in London and Zed Air had been the chosen furnace installer for good reason.  They are honest, fair and the best customer service experience I have had.  Right from the CSR doing the scheduling to the knowledgeable service technician.  Keep up the excellent quality of service.

We had an emergency with our furnace, called Zed-Air during their emergency service hours several times as well as left a voicemail. Not sure why they have emergency hours when they don’t answer or return phone calls. Never heard back from them the following day either. Will not be using them for future services, very disappointed.

Great experience with Zed-Air in doing an annual maintenance for my furnace and air conditioner. Spencer arrived right at the start of the 2hr window always appreciated and was very friendly and professional. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain the LifeBreath system and how to use it effectively in my home. An extra shout out for letting me know about the "critter" in my window well and helping me try to rescue it!  I would definately recommend using Zed-Air in the future.
