Love this night club so much, reggaeton music was amazing staff were fast and really friendly prices were affordable. The place is small but looks really good The only negative thing I have to say is that the man working in the toilets was big, threatening and very intimidating about receiving a tip for being given blue roll to dry my hands. We booked the ESC-screening and had to go through 3 different rooms and up a few stairs to get to a little room where a screen had been set up. We were the only table not getting served and had to get down 2 flights of stairs to the bar to order our drinks. The room was nicely set up but packed. We got seated right in front of the screen having to weirdly angle ourselves to see anything. The other guest were loudly talking throughout the whole screening and you couldn't even hear the singing sometimes. The second the event was over we were rushed out the room.
It was such a blast to come here and it felt like naturally funny environment. The host David was as lovely of a guy as he is funny . I would definitely recommend to visit in here , bring you friends in here and try it yourself if you feel like it. Trust me the environment make it much more easier to settle in and just enjoy all the funny that you fail to see.
Excellent service. All the staff were nice and happy to help with whatever. Jacob and his father especially as they took care of us for a few hours after an incident, and then ordered us an Uber home!Food: 4/5
Truly one of my favourite venues in Soho -- we have a brilliant night every time! There's always great music on and different floors that cater to whatever vibe you're in and cheap drinks!. The staff and security are so lovely too, always keeping an eye out and making sure you're okayService: 5/5
DON'T TRY TO GO THERE. Very bad place it was the first time and its going to be my last time in there because the staff was so rude and the security inside kept pushing us and even when we used to go out to have some fresh air they said go somewhere else or saying go inside. To be honest as a tourist there is wouldn't suggest it if you want to have a good time. The prices were normal as every nightclub but they way the security, the blonde woman which i think she was the manager and the bar staff were very very rude to us. i would rate it as a 0 if i could
One of the worst meals I've had in a very long time. They have associated with Rack City and they are trying serving their food. The day we visited the menu was reduced to only 3 items. We ordered all 3 of them. After a long wait we got the chicken wings which were excellent. The sauce was amazing. This made us believe we were going to have a great meal. We could not have been more wrong. We waited for a long time. No food. They told us they were having problems because there was a big group on another floor and they could not cope with it I went upstairs and there were no more than 15 people. Eventually we got 1 rack of ribs of the 2 we had ordered. They were tough. Not tender at all. Meat was not falling off the bone. When we mentioned this the answer was "this is the way our chef likes them". The ribs were supposed to come with hash browns and cole slaw. None of them made it to the table. We were told the 2nd rack was coming soon. We waited and waited. The chef came to talk to us to say he could only give us half a rack and that it was going to be on the house. We kept waiting. Eventually we go the half rack, again dry and again with no hash browns or cole slaw. The 3rd dish we ordered was brisket loaded fries. Once again we had to wait, different staff kept giving us different excuses contradicting each other. Eventually we got the fries which were room temperature and the brisket was fridge cold. We sent them back immediately. More waiting. More excuses. More lies. The chef came back to talk to us. He blamed someone else in the kitchen for sending us cold fries. Nobody assumed any mistake. They were only serving 3 dishes and they could not cope with that. It was a disaster. Don't want to imagine what's going to happen if they ever attempt to serve the whole menu. Of course we refused to pay for the food
The restaurant is attached to the club venue and is situated above it. Needless to say, there is no ambience it feels very much like you are in a club, and you can hear the noise/music and you bump into the not-so-sober-patrons as you move about. I suppose it would have been fine, had I been aware of this, but their website sells the idea of "restaurant establishment" especially on apps like OpenTable, so it influenced my expectations. Food was okay, nothing spectacular; the vegetarian options were a choice of three small plates, no proper mains. I'd give it a miss if you are looking for a proper restaurant experience, if you are looking for a place to grab a quick bite before a night out in the club then this could be a choice.
Went to get a drink at the bar and the barman told me my curly hair was disgusting, pulled faces and said it looked like caterpillars. I wasn’t engaging in conversation with him and just trying to order a drink. It was an incredibly upsetting experience. I am just trying to live and enjoy my life like everyone else, but my experience is made to feel different just because I’m a black woman. So unfair and upsetting. We are all humans and should be treated as such.
Had a great time at the drag brunchette. Acts were hilarious, they catered to our groups food dietary requirements, Bellinis were regularly topped up, all the staff were really friendly and we felt well looked after. Floor was a bit sticky but on the plus side it stopped us slipping and falling down the stairs!Food: 3/5
