Everytime I go here it's always so messy, I don't think I've ever walked in and the clothes aren't on the floor. I understand a sale is exciting but people really need to relax and hang things back where they belong. Lines are always so long, the store is always on fire with the heat. Very messy and unorganised, won't be coming back I'd rather buy online.
I would give them 0 if it wasn’t for the fact that their perfumes smell amazing & are reasonably priced. Every time I come to Zara at White Rose shopping centre it always takes soo long to get served. This isn’t because of the massive queues; there were 4 customers in front of me & only 2 sales assistants serving. It took them over 20 minutes to serve me. For some reason unknown to me or anyone else; other tills were not opened & the sales assistants were soo slow and lacked any enthusiasm. Will not be coming back to this store!
Awful experience - went today to return some faulty trousers and the person who served me on menswear was so rude - the manager who then assisted was equally as bad shouting “receipt” which I had already provided to the assistant. Seems to be a pattern in this store.
I am writing this review from my husbands account, how ever I’m a female and witnessed not a nice experience in store today at the white rose in leeds in the women’s department.nnI purchased a top yesterday, the cashier forgot to hand me the receipt when I paid cash. I got home and showed my husband and he noticed the item had a big hole in it.nnI wanted to simply exchange the item for not a damaged one.nnI tried to find a way to call, as I was concerned that the store might not have the same item in my size, and the store is around 35 mins away, but there was no way to call.nnSo I took the plunge to drive. When I got there I explained to a member of staff the faulty clothing, she told me I had to wait in the que to see if a manager will allow me to swap it! The que was around 15 people deep.nnAs I was stood observing, the staff just appeared so so rude to customers. No smiles, no happy tones. I even witnessed one member of staff pull a face at a customer walking off. I was so shocked. But didn’t want to say anything incase this would go against my return. But this was so so bad.nnAfter 20 minutes of queuing a manager came and told me I was lucky that she could still find the transaction with it being yesterday and could return it.nnBut hang on, ….. lucky!?nI’ve had to take at least an hour and a half out of my day to return a faulty item that I purchased. Put aside the fuel it cost to drive there and back again. How was this my fault. Also the staff member forgot to hand me the receipt!nnNo apology or smile. And her face said it all, just looked stressed and like it was a huge problem I was creating.nnJust you’re lucky I will do it. Then threw the exchanged item on the desk and walked off.nnThe staff by the looks of it needs restructuring/ training on smiling and giving the customer a good experience, also if the manager is throwing these type of bad vibes around, I’m guessing her staff follow?nnAfter that experience I wouldn’t want to go in that shop again. I was made to feel like a naughty school girl stood at the desk or that I had done something bad. All over a £19.99 body top that was FAULTYnnHorrible shop with awful staffing issues on front desk.nnThis was on 24th October around 2.30pm
During my visit to Zara in White Rose, I couldn't help but notice that the staff members seemed to lack a personal touch, as if they were programmed like robots. Their interactions with customers were impersonal and robotic, lacking the warmth and genuine enthusiasm one would expect. The level of customer service left much to be desired, as the staff appeared disengaged and uninterested in assisting customers beyond the basics. This robotic demeanor created an atmosphere that felt sterile and lacking in human connection. Based on my experience, I would caution others who value a more personalized and welcoming shopping experience to consider alternative options.
