Before I had great experience here and rated 5. But today the staff who was in the till with 2 ponytail was so so so rude that I was shocked. She handled the clothes with two finger and threw it on the bag as if she was disgusted. When I reached home the clothes were all badly creased and marked.It’s disappointing to see such a lack of basic manners.nEven bad, she tossed the change as if I was begging her money. I don't know why people can be this rude to a customer when you are in customer service field. It totally ruined my shopping experience.nSomeone wants to be happy by shopping and these people‍‍nPrimark should really work to teach your staff some customer service.
Fairly pathetic service. Was waiting to be served at a till for 10 minutes I was the only person in the que while several staff came behind the service point but not one of them bothered to get on a til and serve me or even inform me of a wait time to be served. Once served at least the staff were friendly but you only get that if you're prepared to push through 15 minutes of 0 service.
Yesterday I visited Priimark for a few things. I thought it was an in and out job, until I saw the store had been changed around..I found what I needed then I saw the till had changed and they had self-service in. There was a manned till but the signs made it look like you couldn't use them. As an anxiety attack started I went and asked and the young man called Harry was happy to serve. As I came away I asked a lovely young lady called Esther, if people could get help on the self serve as I dont like using them and she said just ask anyone for help and we will sort it. Both members were lovely and cant thank them enough
I had such a smooth shopping experience here! They have so many great offers, it made finding what I needed super easy and quick. Definitely a fantastic spot!
For such a large store, the men's section is surprisingly limited, there always seems to be one size and that'sit regarding certain items. The fitting rooms are another mystery. They never seem to be open, so you're often sent on a mini expedition to another floor just to try something on. Not exactly the most convenient shopping experience.nnThen there are the tills. Why have ten tills if you're only going to staff two or three? Customers end up penned into long queues, shuffling forward like cattle waiting for slaughter. It looks impressive on paper, but in reality it's just frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming..
