Before I had great experience here and rated 5. But today the staff who was in the till with 2 ponytail was so so so rude that I was shocked. She handled the clothes with two finger and threw it on the bag as if she was disgusted. When I reached home the clothes were all badly creased and marked. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of basic manners.nEven bad, she tossed the change as if I was begging her money. I don't know why people can be this rude to a customer when you are in customer service field. It totally ruined my shopping experience.nSomeone wants to be happy by shopping and these people‍‍nPrimark should really work to teach your staff some customer service.
Good for shorts and tshirt, cheap but very good quality and you can get loads more for your money than let's sayJ.D SPORTSWE ALL KNOW IT IS A RIP OFF especially when you get exactly the same product from a different retailer and you don't get any more special treatment for the extra, just a thought £260-or-£90 which would you likely pic
recently purchased this item less than a week ago, and after washing it just once, the fabric started pilling significantly fabric bobbles formed all over.
I love how all Primark are different.. recently went to the one at Fort Kinnaird in Edinburgh which was great, but this one had a Frankenweenie I was so chuffed to find.. thanks for the variety!!
Fairly pathetic service. Was waiting to be served at a till for 10 minutes I was the only person in the que while several staff came behind the service point but not one of them bothered to get on a til and serve me or even inform me of a wait time to be served. Once served at least the staff were friendly but you only get that if you're prepared to push through 15 minutes of 0 service.
