Before I had great experience here and rated 5. But today the staff who was in the till with 2 ponytail was so so so rude that I was shocked. She handled the clothes with two finger and threw it on the bag as if she was disgusted. When I reached home the clothes were all badly creased and marked.It’s disappointing to see such a lack of basic manners.nEven bad, she tossed the change as if I was begging her money. I don't know why people can be this rude to a customer when you are in customer service field. It totally ruined my shopping experience.nSomeone wants to be happy by shopping and these people‍‍nPrimark should really work to teach your staff some customer service.

Yesterday I visited Priimark for a few things. I thought it was an in and out job, until I saw the store had been changed around..I found what I needed then I saw the till had changed and they had self-service in. There was a manned till but the signs made it look like you couldn't use them. As an anxiety attack started I went and asked and the young man called Harry was happy to serve. As I came away I asked a lovely young lady called Esther, if people could get help on the self serve as I dont like using them and she said just ask anyone for help and we will sort it. Both members were lovely and cant thank them enough
This Primark is in the 'Trinity Centre' overing 4 floors. It is one of the biggest Primark I've seen outside of 'London Westfield Stratford'. As expected it has everything you can think of including a Greggs. It gets super busy and the ques can be ridiculous, as with most Primaks. But you will deffo find something... you don't need. Lol
recently purchased this item less than a week ago, and after washing it just once, the fabric started pilling significantly fabric bobbles formed all over.
