ℤ ℍ The loveliest Branch I have ever visited. The staff was all amazing in searching for the addition Monogram Towels. Very eager to help me find what I desire in the sale too. The Towels are of good soft fluffy bounce So Thankful a real pleasure to shop there. Lovely bedding and good stock. Amazing efficient service.... wonderfulღ˘⌣˘ ~ ℴ. °..° ° °
Gorgeous sets of sheets of one hundred percent cotton and linen. Stylish, elegant and cozy accessories for bedroom and living room. I recommend!
I love this place. It's on the upper to the left if the entrance to the Village section of Westfield where the super expensive stores are. I always gravitate towards the crockery, cutlery, and glass stands near the rear because there's often reductions there. You are never hassled by over keen sales staff but equally your queries are always answered politely. Whether you buy one, two or multiple items they wrap your gifts, purchases very well and they still use their own brand thicker paper carrier bags. Bonus !!. I recycle them for birthdays, Xmas wrapping. Good value in the sale for their lovely bedlinen and candle holders. Pretty peachy pink Paisley patterned towels and beach/ cosmetics bags this season. I bought a Paisley melamine breakfast / picnic plate. It's very stylish and practical.
Service is absolutely terrible, the staff are rude and upon each visit I am yet to be shown a fair level of customer service. They continue talking to other staff while serving you at the till, no one approaches or asks if you need assistance, their behavior is miserable and rude. The only thing is the products are great, obviously it's a shop where the products sells itself
Lovely shop. It has everything. Great service.
The staff was not very professional in finding the answer to my question about sizes of the bed linen for European sizes beds. One of the staff members told me they had no suitable sizes of one of the kinds of bed linen but when I asked to get me the European size for the other kind, it turned out they had no European sizes on site at all. Their in-store selection is not the best overall. Prices are pretty high. UPD: horrible customer service and they refused to accept a faulty item that was purchased online. Never recommend buying from them
Unique and modern designs. Reminds me of a slightly stylist version of muji.
It was very nice to see good selection of Christmas decorations for home- lovely tablecloth, stylish table setting for Christmas. Staff very friendly- they help you to find what you want. Always get eye contact with you to confirm that you are ok and happy- I was very happy.
Visited this store a year ago. While on the sale, staff approached us and questioned us in a sense that they didn’t want us to stay and linger too long. We’ve never brought home stuff before so we had to take time to decide what to buy. When we did ask for help the blonde female staff pointed at the products and jumped to another customer. We brought £50 worth of stuff in the end unfortunately served by the same staff member and didn’t thank us - not sure if she still works there but returned all goods and took our services to John Lewis where we continue to buy our home stuff from there. I wouldn’t recommend going here.
Have to admit that this was the first time I have visited this retailer though I do hear about Zara clothes from the rest of my family. However, would say that I was underwhelmed by products on offer here. Given that the January sales were on and we have recently renovated a large part of our home I would have expected to pick something up. Not so.... lack of quality and value proposition was not that good to entice me/us to pick anything up. Walked out empty handed. Will visit again at some point to give it another chance to impress me but sadly that's my verdict for now.
