Shocking customer service laughing when I called to complain about the poor quality food. Had to walk to the takeaway after ordering delivery to get a refund.
Food is usually good. Not great. Ordered a kabab told an hour. 2 hours later. Rand again. 5 minutes. 29 minutes stil no food . Not happy. Won’t be using them again
Ordered and waited two hours. Phoned twice to ask where it was and told the usual 5 minutes both times...... When the food finally arrived the ice cream was liquid and the hot food was Stone Cold Steve Austin. Phoned to ask for a refund and told nothing wrong with the food. I gave them the opportunity to collect the food and rectify but was pretty much laughed at and told they have 100% customer satisfaction. Don't expect customer service from these guys, expect an over inflated sense of ego. They think they're the best take away around when their food is average at best and customer service is appalling. If you're unhappy the owner's attitude is literally "phone your bank if you want you money back " So do yourself a favour and use PayPal. They always refund you when you get service like this from cowboys. Now on phone to bank to get my hard earned cash back. Won't be ordering here again. None existent customer service and won't admit when they make a mistake. Apparently this business have never had an unhappy customer according the "owner". Guess what pal, your reviews suggest otherwise and I will be getting my dough back. Pun intended you whopper.
Absolutely brilliant food. The nicest family known to man! Been pleasantly served for years!
Absolutely awful . Took 2 hours to deliver , we only live 10 minutes away , chicken tikka kebab , mixed kebab and chicken tikka masala curry . The kebabs were too salty , the Nan was like rubber and the curry was a container full of red slop with a couple of pieces of chicken in it . Never again .

Had 2 Asian style mixed kebabs last night. Absolutely brilliant as usual. Really tasty and massive kebabs.
Favourite all-rounder takeaway, but won't go back. Food is very good, with curries for adults, pizzas for kids etc, but nearly always late, with 2 of the last 3 deliveries taking over 2.5 hours. Last night's order had the wrong pizza and was stone cold. Here's a tip lads, don't take orders you can't fulfil and update customers when you know you're over running. Decent food, rubbish service.
Shocking customer service. Order confirmed, then no food after the estimated delivery. Then an email saying food will be 20 minutes late. Then after this time had passed we rang to see how much longer for them to say they hadn't received it. No looking for the order just straight up no we haven't got it and nowt we are willing to do after waiting nearly 2 hours. Will never order from here again.
Really late finally came was really greasy chips were cold naan was stale and really soggy like it had been there for hours. Went in the bin absolutely rancid will stick with a touch of spice in future
