Harry, working on the intercom for the drive thru was a great example of how modern day customer service should be. Confident, polite, attentive and profesional. Welcoming in his manor, and a breath of fresh air. It’s quite unexpected to be greeted this way as expectations aren’t set so high these days sorry gen zee however, Harry was an exception to modern perceptions, and a credit to his generation. It may have just been sausage McMuffins we ordered for breakfast, but his demeanour stood out. Your manager should recognise his credit to the workforce
Ordered mcdelivery and food arrived cold damaged costing £22 for 2 meals that had to be heated in microwave. Complained on live chat, after 2 hrs with ai I was told they delivered within the time frame but wouldn't refund for substandard food. Really disappointed first time used the app to order and won't be doing it again.
I'm in Radcliffe, so was able to finally get my hands on the new McPlant burg no locations near where I live are currently doing it. Inspired by my dad : I ordered an extra and doubled up! I'm sure you've heard it all at this point, but yeah; I really liked it, tasted pretty much exactly how I remember etc etc. I'd get it again. Hopefully they'll roll them out near me in the future. The restaurant was pristine very clean and tidy, staff all polite and the milkshake machine was working for once! Brilliant service guys well done and Thankyou. I will be bringing my family here very soon.
Just been through the drive through and ordered 3 hamburgers with no ketchup on all 3 and I repeated myself 3 times yet they came with just ketchup on, then a big archer meal which had freezing cold fries and way to much sauce on the burger which wasnt enjoyable to eat. We live 2minutes away in the car so no excuse to have cold fries. Just a waste of £20, wont be going there again, back to Whitefield it is then!
Food and drinks are absolutely disgusting ordered 2 Big Mac meals 1 Big Mac meal didn’t even come with fries the burger was covered in way to much sauce and because there was so much sauce the burger was soggy then to top it off the food was absolutely freezing like it’s been sat there for a while. I highly recommend you hire new staff because they clearly can’t do their job‍.nnAlso ordered frozen strawberry lemonade it was literally just all ice.
