Waited one hour for our taxi and it didn't turn up. Constantly lied to when chasing up the taxi on the phone; honesty would be nice. Certainly wouldn't recommend or use again.

Two taxis were ordered the day before for a midnight pick up. One taxi didn't even show up. The other called three times 30 minutes before our pick up time and said he had left and wasn't coming back because we weren't outside waiting for him 30 MINUTES before we were supposed to be picked up. Eventually he agreed to come back for us. He didn't know how to get us to our hotel despite already knowing the location we were supposed to be going to so I had to use my phone to tell him the way and then he had the cheek to try and charge us £36 instead of the already agreed price of £24 which was agreed when we booked the taxi.

£17 from hawtonville to a ashiana hotel!! Think someone had my pants down! The meter wunt stop, fast, 10p going up every second, never using these rip offs agen

On time, polite, helpful and very professional. It’s a pleasure for us to use the company when we’re traveling across Newark, either with family or on my own. It’s amazing how ZCars as a brand as changed under new ownership and I’d recommend it anyone. It’s a great service.
