I ordered replacement fabric for my newborns snuzpod crib. I was sent unsealed fabric stuffed in a very old looking bag. Clearly hadn’t been kept away from dust. A thin bin bag had been used to package it. Obviously I’m not going to use it!

we haven’t received our order until now. order was placed on janury 14 was supposed to be delivered by jan 21. on 24th the dpd still hasnt received the parcel. no one's answering their telephones lines. avoid this company is very disappointing as they are in business since ‘99 and acting like this
