The YZ45 workouts are pre-designed workouts that offer amazing fitness and weight loss results.
Members are kept engaged throughout each session by our excellent Fitness Coaches and our heart rate technology system, with each member wearing a heart rate monitor which streams their live data onto a screen within the studio.
The YourZone45 Fitness Coach encourages members to achieve 84-100% of their maximum heart rate for at least 12-20 minutes of each workout so that they experience the Calorie AfterBurn Effect - where they continue to burn calories for up to 36 hours after their workout.
