Love this shop and have bought loads from you. I travel from Aberdare to go there. Was very disappointed to find it closed today despite the website saying it was open and the opening times showing open 11am to 4pm. Change the information if you no longer open on a Sunday please. You can imagine how happy my hubby was ..... Not!!!
Staff are always helpful and pleasant, but I don't feel the shopping experience is what it should be the shop is over stocked and it feels like your shopping at a market not a boutique staff tell me this is to do with head office I complained to them but unfortunately no response
Too much to choose from, lovely items
Went there at 10 o clock on a Tuesday, closed and locked. No opening times on the doors. Staff your store.
Walked in, 2 staff on the till station discussing rotas, neither looked up to say hello, do you want help, etc. Walked out, still discussing rotas. The shop was completely empty of any other customers. Come on! Online shopping is sadly taking over and staff like these are partly the reason why. VERY BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE to simply say hi, hello, good afternoon.
Love this clothes shop. Plenty of choice. Wheelchair accessible. Lovely staff. For me personally a little expensive but I have a small clothing budget. Still tho very reasonable for plus size clothing.
Bigger range than the shops size eludes to. Friendly and caring staff, clean and tidy store.
I love their clothes! Just wish they had more young stuff.
Friendly staff very helpful and honest with you about style or choice of something one is trying on.
