An absolute disgrace. This pharmacy somehow or other stole the prescription from the pharmacy designated by our surgery and although they advised on Monday of last week that it was with a courier, nothing has been received and it’s Sunday and my wife has now run out of her tablets. Absolute fraudsters to be avoided at all costs - should be reported to the relevant body and struck off. I’m updating  Sunday’s post. Still no tablets which can cause tremendous damage to my wife’s fragile health although I know the pharmacy has claimed the cost of the medication from the NHS and perhaps has already received payment. I shall report them to the relevant authority in an endeavour to get their licence to dispense revoked. An out and out fraud.  George Balon Tuesday November 8

By far this is the worst pharmacy ever. They take prescriptions but they don’t send them out to the patients, I’ve changed my pharmacy nomination so many times to something other than this one, but every single time it just automatically goes to them and I never end up receiving my medication.

I just cannot believe how hard it was to try And get an urgent prescription for my granddaughter using this service . 1. Firstly you had to ring 2. Then send s photo of your prescription 3. Await a answer to see if they have s basic common anti biotic in stock 4. Then await half a hour if they could provide the prescription only to be told after 25mins stuck in m60 Not sure what this service is all about but fortunately my gut feeling I got the prescription. At a reputable Lloyds pharmacy  Be warned

I had a great experience with Your UK Pharmacy. The service was very personable and welcoming. The best thing for me was the individuals themselves as they managed to receive and order my prescription under short notice, which was also delivered to my house. I will use them again and would recommend them also.

This has to be the best chemist I have used in a long time. Found in an emergency late at night, he went out of his way to help me, so friendly polite and professional. I have signed up to use on a regular basis now for my repeat prescriptions. Couldn't recommend more highly

Amazing service, cannot recommend highly enough. I was a little unsure if I had the right venue when I arrived as it appears to be a private residence. Khalid met me at the front door & explained the pharmacy is at the rear of his property. He was so helpful & kind & offered me some great advice. Will definitely use again should I be in need. Thank you

Called 16.6.21.  Extremely rude pharmacist who just put the phone down whilst I was still speaking. I did not understand what he was saying about a medication and asked him to repeat and explain as I did not understand him. No efforts to offer an alternative. No respect and clearly no value to improve the heath of others with his attitude.

1st impressions not so good, searched late night chemists near me as my wife's pregnant and needed something and this popped up. Rang to be told at this time 9pm they only serve private patients. Very poor. Should be called your uk pharmacy sometimes.

Great service, I had to get a prescription medication on a bank holiday evening and all other pharmacies were closed. I managed to get it from this pharmacy straight away. Thank you.

Very unprofessional, be careful, they nominate you without your consent!
