I went to Your Move for my first time purchase as Darryl had been recommended by a couple of people.  I was not disappointed, he listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to support me during the process.  Everyone in the office have been extremely friendly, which is not something I had experienced elsewhere.  The financial support was really useful and I was able to clearly identify my budget and was supported through the whole mortgage application process.  Thank you very much for all your help to find me my first home.

Although not my selling Agent - Your Move Kettering were so proactive in their approach to my property search and we felt as though we were truly kept in mind for properties coming onto the market.  The whole team are friendly, approachable and went far beyond any of their competition in helping me in any way they could.  I would definitely recommend Joe, Darryl and the whole team who helped us!

The first impression was with the viewing. We couldn't wait to move in thanks to the way Max took us through the details of the property and our commitments in terms of documents to submit and payments in a friendly and professional manner. Also the team work between Mark and his colleague Dan was amazing. We felt the same energy all through.  Your Move Estate Agents, Hobin Roberts, Kettering are amazing.  We felt we were in safe hands and as new immigrants that's all that matters.

From the outset, when I visited this branch of Your Move and met with Darryl Borthwick I felt he had listened to exactly what I was looking for. Darryl was professional, polite and was really helpful when explaining what he was expecting to receive property-wise, discussing property market conditions and with providing area info as I am new to the area.  I also liked that he said he would call us as soon as there was a property of interest - and he did just that!  Unfortunately, I did not get to purchase a property via Your Move but their level of customer service is excellent. There is no doubting their commitment to ensuring you are their priority. I would definitely recommend.

Although we did not use Your Move for our sale our purchase, Jess from Your Move was the Estate Agent dealing with the sale at top of the chain. She was brilliant as she was pushing to whole chain so the sale would go through within the required time frame before our mortgage expired. Jess was happy to put in the leg work and speak to all the Estate Agents and solicitors to ensure that the sales completed withing the required time frame and was happy to keep all parties updated. If it was not for Jess I don't think our sale and purchase would have happened. I cannot thank her enough even thought she was not our Estate Agent. In the future I would certainly use there as from my experience they keep on top of the sale all the way through to completion rather than many other Estate Agents where it appears once they have had the offer in on their house that is their job done. Thank you again.

I had a very lovely experience with Magic Max, the agent I dealt with from Your move. He was very informative, polite, friendly,  and responsive. I booked two viewings and was able to get my first choice. On the whole, Your move provides friendly but professional service. I appreciate your efforts to make real estate experiences wonderful and effortless.

We had a great experience with Darryl, he really stood out amongst all the other estate agents we’ve dealt with during our year long search! From the beginning he has been so helpful, honest and friendly - always checking in with me to see if I had found anywhere and to recommend properties that always met my criteria. Unlike other estate agents, he made us feel like he really wanted us to find a house that was right for us! When we found a house and experienced some set backs, he completely turned it around for us and we’re so grateful for his help. Couldn’t recommend Your Move enough

Your Move Kettering Branch  gave us great customer service, managing expectations & understanding our needs. Darryl did a great job for us while trying to find our first home, nothing was to much bother, he was informative & realistic. Couldn’t ask for more & would recommend.

Although we didn’t use your move for the purchase of the property, Dan was absolutely fantastic. I have never had an estate agent who is so welcoming and so supportive in showing us properties. He has also called me to check if everything is going ok with the sale of my house. He is outstanding and a huge credit to his team. Thank you Dan for everything that you do.

I am new to the area so was fully relying on the estate agent to show me good areas and nice houses for purchase. I have to say that my experience wasn’t great. I was in touch with 4 different agents and only Your Move managed to not only meet my expectations but exceed them. The estate agent Max, managed to show me properties that were relevant to me, kept me in the loop of new properties that met my criteria and moreover, kept in touch before the viewings and also after. My experience with Max was excellent! He was the only agent that provided real service! Best, Ana
