Take a massive percentage Then something came out my account preventing paying the last £200 Now they taken me to court and have got me a ccj And loads more money And keep adding interest.. I don’t even have a bloody job The reason I tried to get money back. Then I got a bit of tax back and they took it all Sent a statement saying I owe £300 odd even thought I been paying them what I owed with a plan.. they took the lot

Take way to much percentage wise. Wish I'd read the small print before proceeding. My fault really but compared to other services or there the fees were high.

they extort money from people for unfinished business and threaten them with a court they press for cooperation even though they are refused
