When I first went into the shop the young girl that helped me was amazing but she left so the owner of the shop was there to help she is very miserable and grumpy not helpful went to pick my dress up for her say can u look to make sure it was all pressed OK and it but when getting my dress out of the bag I had a 20 stones missing from my dress I told the lady and all she said is its to late to do anything about it now I was not happy will never go back again

I brought my wedding dress here and the whole service from start to finish was fantastic. Heidi worked her magic to make my dress that extra bit special. Thank you so much for all your time and effort into making my day special. X

Before I went to the shop I’d found my dream dress online. I had rang around multiple shops who either couldn’t get the dress or couldn’t be bothered to try for me. Then out of nowhere I found Young Romantics. From the first contact, they amazingly managed to get my dream dress for me without an issue. The shop is absolutely lovely, it makes you feel welcomed and much more personal than these large lavish stores - it’s somewhere my mum and I really enjoyed going! I couldn’t thank Heidi and Carli more for the service I received. They were so kind and helpful throughout the whole 9 months it took to find and alter my dress. I even had a huge wobble halfway through and had a big alteration made to the dress but this wasn’t a problem for them. Lovely down to earth ladies who are so easy to talk to and put you at ease : Highly recommend this wonderful little gem of a bridal shop.

Brought my wedding dress there 19 years ago. Went back in there a couple of weeks ago and brought my daughters prom dress too. But amazingly, the owner recognised me from purchasing my wedding dress all those years ago. Amazing

Left a returnable deposit with no contract for a dress off the rack with no alterations and shop refused to refund after having to downsize wedding due to Covid-19 and Poor health they promised a credit note and almost 2 years on still waiting. Very unprofessional can’t be trusted would never recommend even to my worst enemy. Avoid at all cost

Couldn't have made my daughter feel any more special , nothing was to much trouble for them .......... And yes , we found 'the dress' plus everything needed to complete the look ! Would certainly recommend a visit . We will certainly be going back to look for bridesmaid dresses !

What an Aladdin's cave and what lovely helpful ladies.  Great little shop with a surprising amount of lovely wedding gowns to suit all tastes!

Amazing staff. So friendly and nothing is too much for them. Can't wait for Heidi to work her magic.
