Having visited Asda Wisbech, for the first time in many months, I was appalled firstly by customer service or in this case lack of. 2no member of staff on hand but only 1 serving, with the other one taking no notice of the queue building to 7 persons, and just filling the shelves. Moving on to the actual shopping experience, this was equally dire and with numerous accidents waiting to happen regarding trip hazards as well as possible collisions with pallets left in the aisles, and wire cages full of wrapping left literally anywhere, frail and or partially sighted customers colliding with said objects does not bare thinking about. Lastly the stock availability and quality was to say the least, suspect. I do hope someone in senior management gets to read or at least hear of this, because the outcome would be interesting to say the least. Steve Green a very disgruntled customer
Asda asda has pretty much everything you need. I have noticed that if you look online for non food-related products and you go in store to buy it the prices are more expensive. I was told that you have to buy it online to get him at that price as they won't match it in store. I've only given Asda Wisbech. 3 stars cause they have a radio on in store, and it just sounds awful so awful, in fact that you can't stay there for long and It's a relief to get out.
Visiting your store for the 2nd time since moving first time I slipped and fell almost headfirst through the fridge doors due to a wet patch in the floor . This time on leaving the store the automatic barrier gates opened the wrong way hitting me in the lower stomach where I unfortunately have a stoma. I felt instantly faint and had to sit in the car while I recovered enough to drive home. The gate blasted open too not a gentle swoosh . I now have extreme pain in the area and am bruised . I phoned the store to complain and while the gentlemen was polite apparently there is nothing he can do!!! If the pain doesn’t ease soon I shall have to go to a and e and head office will be hearing from me
I like Asda, but hating the App. Twice I've forgotten to swipe my bar code after putting my shop through. I asked about it and was told nothing could be done afterwards! This needs sorting, these bonuses all help in these hard times. Very unhappy
Today shopping in Asda was horrendous. The queues to check we're manic. One poor lady on a check out and a huge queue also for self check out. Today's situation is totally unfair on staff. I think management need to get off their backsides and jump on a till and get rid of the queues. I only shop in Asda because you accept my blue light cards. Also got home to find I had been overcharged. Certainly not impressed
Good shop, good quality, good choice of groceries and clothing.
My partner had the dissatisfaction of visiting the cafe here, with his dad who was over 60. He ordered the over 60’s soup deal and was given a tough time when he didn’t present an OAP card despite explaining that he has a drivers license proving his dads age. A lady behind then came over despite not understanding the situation and said that he couldn’t have the deal as he clearly wasn’t over 60, to which he said that it wasn’t for him and that they had misunderstood. Then had to go over the whole situation again and eventually agreed to the deal. A totally unnecessary and stressful scenario
It's literally give them money and you might get a couple items you ordered but the rest are missing or they have substituted your chicken breast for tomato sauce
Absolutely disgusted after visiting store cafe the staff was Absolutely rude I ordered a kids breakfast not realising you have to have a child with you after finding a seat the lady that served me was very rude and asked where the child was and called me a lier I ordered s kids as I don't eat so much first time coming here and Absolutely last I was so embarrassed with how I was treated there was no need for it
