Now called YOU FIT GYM. Fantastic little gym with everythìng you need at a very good price. Offers Pay As You Go membership. Good atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. Good range of classes and Personal Trainers are available.

A small, friendly gym with very knowledgeable staff who are there to personally make sure you achieve your goals. I've only recently joined having never been to a gym previously. The staff have made sure that I use the gym safely and how to make the best use of the equipment. Personalised training plans for those who want it. Highly recommended for those who want to get fit :)
