This lady knows her stuff! If you are interested in PT and live around Newbury, she is excellent! Very strong, motivational and knowledgable! In fact, she is stronger than most of the men I've trained with. Training with her isn't exactly a convivial experience, but training hard isn't meant to be easy! I should also add: 95% of the personal trainers I have witnessed training people around Newbury fail to encourage correct form, consistency, mind-muscle connection or intensity. Being a GOOD personal trainer is about more than just doing a PT course and going through the motions with a client. Just because you have a piece of paper qualifying you as a PT does NOT mean you have the experience, drive and knowledge to do a proper job. Vicki has all of this and more! Whether you are a beginner or a competitive athlete, she will get you to your goals.
