Don't very often pop into the branch on Ropergate, but I have to say the staff behind the counter are always very helpful and courteous. Small details like addressing you by either your christian or surname make you feel welcome. Keep up the good work.
The staff in the Pontefract branch are helpful and friendly and are a pleasure to deal with... definitely 5*
