I had exactly the same experience. I ordered a bookcase off them and when it hadn't arrived I tried to phone. No answer. I emailed them and no reply. I reported to Paypal that I hadn't received the goods and Paypal contacted them and got no reply. Eventually I was refunded but not by this seller rather by Paypal under their buyer protection scheme. I've never heard anything from Yorkshire Bespoke Interiors. I would advise avoiding at all costs.
Probably the worst company I have ever ordered from. Having read reviews saying delivery was very random but got there eventually I took a punt. But.... Nothing ever got delivered, the phone is never answered, no emails responded to and Facebook turned off. Waste of time, had to get my money refunded after waiting the normal time for the 'investigation period'. Warning they also sell on Ebay so avoid.
Same experience as other reviewers, took my money then no communication, refunded by Paypal.
Beware of crooks. Money taken, no book case delivered, does not answer emails or telephone.
