Couldn't close my savings account using online banking (for security !) so they made me go into branch. In branch they charged me £25 to get my own money out because "well you've come in branch, you should have done it online" !!!!! Wouldn't use again, dickensian customer service, empty branch with 6 members of staff milling around. I can see why its empty.
