Tried to ring up to rearrange an appointment but the line was busy with no average wait time offered. The business card I was provided only had the main number is it is really that difficult to have an extra phone line available? Tried to email a quick message but the email address was invalid. Whole experience taught me that it would be much better to find a more efficient bank that knows what they are doing. Thanks for your consideration though.
30 mins wait on phone and only a few branches! how is that a customer focused business?
Very good service on Twitter. Had a few questions I needed answering and they were all answered in full first thing on a Sunday morning.
As a partially sighted person who's sight is deteriorating on line banking isn't an option. I am stuck with the telephone service only, usual wait time 25mins+ I rang today to arrange a cash withdrawal, spoke to a call centre in Manchester who told me if I wished to withdraw £10000 or more I would have to order it and it would take 3weeks? Firstly, I can withdraw £500 per day and take 20days, one day less. What's that about! and secondly I can take £5000 without an appointment and just walk in. I find out tomorrow.
I have only recently started using this Bank. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. The Bank is really clean and “fresh”. Only visited on three occasions, and my business was concluded within minutes.
Close’s all branches, makes it very difficult/impractical to make deposits or draw money out. 30min wait on telephone, absolutely dreadful service.
My local branch in Rotherham has closed the nearest is Sheffield 16miles away. I tried to call the helpline, after holding on for 20mins I hung up. No indication of where you are in the queue or likely wait time. Very poor service.
So far, its been an awesome experience. I'm truly loving their simplicity.
All I want to do is cancel a standing order . I used to have this facility on my mobile banking but since the system upgrade it's no longer available on my mobile. Every time I ring I get the answer machine telling me there's no one available. Live chat no help either. What do you have to do to speak to someone here! SO FRUSTRATING! Stressed out now , thanks for nothing co op Sheffield!
Very professional, yet approachable staff. Got everything I needed to get done; Done. Faster and Easier than expected. Honestly best Bank I've ever been with.
