We can only reflect what has already been said previously on here. 
We have just spent two nights at this site and we were very impressed by the whole experience.
From the initial booking confirmation and the very informative e-mail about the site (including what pitch we were allocated) to the fabulous facilities, beautifully presented site and ample pitches, we could not have asked for anything more. 
Well done to the owners on setting up a great site and for your very customer focused attitude. We will definitely be back and wont hesitate recommending the site to others.

Very friendly staff, super clean and well organized park. Never seen such amazing new and clean showers on a camping park. We just called and got pitch and a late check in for the night. Very uncomplicated! Thank you for the nice stay! We will recommend you!

This magnificent caravan park has everything you could want and more, from tranquility to beautiful settings, lovely hosts, facilities are fantastic and even doggy bags posted around site for your furry friends. Pitches are hard standing and grass with plenty of space. The village of Cawood is a two minute drive with shops and pubs and the park and ride into York is only 20 minutes. This is not one to miss

Just returned home from a last minute weekend at this fantastic, well thought out site. We arrived and went straight to our pre allocated (via email) pitch and we were quickly greeted by the friendly and helpful owners.
The site is very clean and well equipped beyond my expectations actually, immaculate shower facilities, clothes wash facilities, high standard water waste traps and an excellent dog wash that is both powerful and warm.
The pitches are very spacious and I like how they are marked off with little hedges for privacy. Water and electric is shared with a supply in the middle of each two pitches and I like the little touch of dog poop bags and bins placed around site. 
The adjacent fields are fantastic for dog walking and my little pup was in her element...We will be back soon :)

Well, the snow put paid to our first attempt but the threat of snow didn't stop us this weekend. Lovely site, well laid out, good facilities and lovely owners.

We were met on arrival, our pitch number had already been sent to us on a text. Some site specific rules that were sensible not restrictive were briefed and we were able to enjoy ourselves. A water point for every two pitches, lovely shower block and a quiet environment made our weekend.

When the cold temps and snow arrived, our hosts offered assistance to defrost our Aquaroll, help to get off the site or the offer of a late departure if needed, none of which were but it was really nice for them to offer. We would have been able to leave our van in situ at no cost had we needed.

Good luck in the future to this new site.
