I attend the Saturday pregnancy yoga sessions. Nicki is an excellent yoga teacher. She's very knowledgeable and takes the time to get to know everyone and discuss any issues they're having in pregnancy. Nicki is a very warm person and goes out of her way to make everyone feel comfortable throughout the classes and always has helpful ideas in relation to the pregnancy related issues that come up. I leave every class feeling relaxed and positive and would recommend this to all pregnant ladies. I only wish I'd started the classes sooner as I'd have felt the benefits for longer.

I first met Nicki ( yoga tula) during her ante natal yoga classes, closely followed by mother and baby yoga. I found Nicki to be highly knowledgeable and passionate and a genuinely giving person, full of life and positivity. 
I also attended a pre-birth workshop which was a great class that integrated theory and practice for the birthing experience with my partner.
I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Nicki,s classes and hope to continue my learning with her.
