Jeremy’s bootcamp sessions are a great way to get fit and have fun, meeting like minded people. Jeremy is very professional and a great motivator and his instruction to carry out the exercises in safe and controlled manner are paramount. I have known Jeremy for many years and have enjoyed one to one sessions and more recently taking up Pilates with him. I would highly recommend Jeremy if you are looking to get into shape and change your lifestyle, you will certainly see and feel the benefits.

Highly recommend Jeremy’s bootcamp, it’s great to be outside regardless of the weather, Jeremy is motivating and encouraging and there are a wide range of adaptable exercises for all abilities. A really inclusive and non judgmental group, can’t recommend it enough.
Outdoor fitness with a great bunch of people welcoming all types of folk. Jeremy keeps us all motivated with his fun challenging workouts.

I've been doing PT with Jeremy for over a year - solo sessions and joint sessions with my partner. Jeremy is fantastic- highly professional and clearly knows his stuff. The sessions are fun, tailored to my needs and always varied and I feel so much fitter and stronger. Highly recommend.
Fantastic one-to-one training. Always varied. Jeremy makes you work hard but you'll have fun too. The weekly bootcamp is included in the price of the training too.
