I missed the last collection at the post office so took my small package to a yodel store. It was easy enough to do but why did it take a whole week to get there?
They not delivering my parcel. They say can not locate my address. Post code bring you straight on our business park. And a massive sign right next to the road. And customer service just tell u wait while they figure it out. Really bad company,not worth 1 star!!!!!!!!
Yodel has to be the most useless delivery company to ever exist!! Never ordering from any company linked to them. They tell they have a contact center buy it is a stupid automated system and you can’t speak to anyone. You can never connect to anyone on the live chat!!! Just stupid! I was sent an email that they couldn’t deliver my parcel cause they missed me! I was home seating at the entrance of my Door!!!!!!
I'm not going to order from companies that use yodel ever again.nnA few weeks back they said my parcel had been delivered 'over gate' and I don't have a gate. So my parcel got lost. The photo taken by the driver is appalling as well as there wasn't the sticker of address or barcode on the parcel.nnI redirected another parcel to a yodel pick up store as I weren't going to be home and that took an extra 4 days to get delivered and the shop is on the same road where I live.nnAnother parcel is supposed to be ready to collect as this time I opted for click and collect. Went on the day it was supposed to be at the local depot only to be told 'sorry ma'am. It's not with us it's still in the processing hub'.nnI get it's the Christmas period and it's more of a rush period but evri have such a bad name yet I've never ever had an issue with my parcels from them. Never had an issue with DpD either.
They lost my package, and before that, they didn’t provide any updates on their work. Frequent thefts there seem to be a common issue since this isn’t the first, not even the second time when Yodel has “lost” one of my packages
