Apparently this is normal? DX loading up parcels between cars and taxis in a back street around the corner? opposed to doing it on site? Bit strange that? But who am I to judge? Haven’t worked there for ages! The only reason I’m sharing this as they keep blocking up the traffic. DX sort it out please they keep getting my drivers stuck waiting to get out.
I cannot explain how incompetent this business is. Lost by bag for 6 days. Kept claiming the shipping agency. I presume BA use them as they are cheap. Sadly I had no choice, but I won’t use BA again either.nLost then item, shipped the item to the wrong place. Then delivered on the wrong day.nSaid would delivery on Thursday, then delivered on Wednesday.
With 5 days advance notice of my delivery I booked the day off. 2 hours after the delivery was scheduled to arrive DX called me to say ‘the van has broken down, we only come to your area once a week so will have to reschedule for 7 days time’. DX have a handy tracker, so I could see that they not only continued delivering after ‘breaking down’ but never headed in my direction at all. You will be treated like your time has no value. Retailers beware, this company will leave your customers with a very bad taste in their mouths!
Just don't go there for work. As per my experience they told you come 3hr early for the shift and it's not confirmed that you'll get the shift. Rude behaviour of some employers and you don't get the pay on time.
I worked in DX Delivery Willenhall, I really dislike this company . This company is not fair in the context of payment i worked 30 hours and this company pay me only 13 hours . Next weak i worked 3days 20 hours and my fingure is fracture while i am working no one can wrote my report in accident book and said if you can’t work u can go home and even pay me only 6 hours . When i said about hours managers say every time next week but still they didn’t clear my duenReally this is a very bad company and zero health and safety .
