Yodel repeatedly leave my parcels inside my gate which is very near the pavement. They should try at least to come to the house and leave it near the door.. Alternatively, there is a postbox clearly marked with my house number. Unfortunately I have never managed to see the guy delivering thereby not being able to explain. My parcel that was delivered yesterday I think was left in the dark and I only just found it by chance now. I suggest a better customer connection
Giving 1 star is a generous but unfortunately Google doesn't allow negative stars. Was told I'd receive a 2 hour time slot on Friday for the delivery window. Tracking confirmed out for delivery today, no 2 hour time slot. Booked the day off work, waited in, no delivery. Following day I tried to contact yodel, nothing but stupid automated machines and robots. Can't speak to an actual human being, even the webchat is scripted. I've never had a good experience with Yodel, and can guarantee that if a retailer uses them as their delivery service, I'm cancelling that order in future. Easily the worst delivery service in existence.
Awful company, even worse customer service. Rude, putting the phone down on me, actively lying as to what will happen to my parcel which I am still waiting for. Was told at 1:45 pm it will be delivered that same day and keep checking.. Then in the afternoon at 4pm was told "the latest drivers collect from depot is 12:00 so I don't know why you were told it would still come" have they heard of consistency and coherence? Apparently it was put in a van then taken off it then just left at depot, no attempts at all no assigned to a driver at all. "just keep looking at tracking information" I was told a million times.
Was supposed to be here Thursday but tracking went dead. Finally Sunday tracking info came up saying today. Waited to find they have only brought some of my shipment. No idea where the rest of my order is. 17:30 another van turns up with some more of my order. But I’m still missing the vital starting parts that I need and back to square one… still missing half my order. Worst company ever.
Received an email from yodel stating my parcel from littlewoods had arrived at their hub and would be delivered 9/11/22. Because nobody would be in I changed the date to 10/11/22 and received confirmation, I took the day off work and waited in all day! Guess what it never arrived and after 9pm it was still showing item in hub! This is not the first time yodel failed. I am now going to cancel my delivery and if littlewoods keep using Yodel I’ll stop using them also!! Why does Yodel think they can turn up when it suits them expecting the customer to be home ? We all have jobs and lives to leave
I am very disappointed. My parcel is been delivered on my previous house , I wasn't expecting anything so I didn't change my address on time. Apparently the driver delivered the parcel at the exactly address where no one lives at the moment. I checked with the neighbours and no one took or saw the parcel, the only proof that I have is a picture of the door , which was close. I don't know where is my parcel or who took it. The best option that the customer service gave to me is "check with the neighbours ". Well done, I lost my uni book!
Paid for express delivery. Parcel staying in Local depo for 3 days so far. No information where is that local depot so I can go there and pick it up by myself. No human being behind their phone. Web chat looking like based outside UK is useless. They cannot do anything more than to check your tracking number for you and THATS IT. I Did a complaint but looking at others experiences I highly doubt they are looking after new customers but loosing their existing customers. -100 out of 5. Useless. Avoid.
Allegedly delivered my parcel on 21/12/22 at 8.59am. can't get anywhere with them. Live chat cuts you off when you're waiting for them to check something. Eventually got an answer saying it was undeliverable and to refer to the seller. The seller just see's delivered and eBay see's delivered and closed the case. eBay gave me contact details and phone number to call but just cuts off immediately numbers I have found on say no to 0870 don't exist. Would give NO STARS but don't know how. I will be asking any supplier if they use Yodel in the future and refuse to deal with them if they don't use an alternative delivery company. Very disappointed as Yodel is a Liverpool based company and I'm from Liverpool.
Was waiting for a very heavy fireplace to be delivered on a certain day, it arrived early and was left with my elderly neighbour in his hallway of his bungalow! Yodel are very lucky he did not trip over it as I did not state to leave it with a neighbour or safe place, plus its common sense! The corner of the box has been torn from sliding the box- if my item is damaged I will take the matter further.
Please report this company to the Police in order for them to be investigated. There is no one to speak to in there offices, they do not read the webchats. We have lost a lot of money from parcels being stolen by there drivers. They will not compensate or resolve the issue. The more reports to the police the more action will be taken against then along with trading standards.
