From start to finish, I had a really positive experience at Yeomans Nissan Bognor Regis. I was looked after by Adrian Thomas who was helpful, polite and very efficient throughout the whole process. I am thrilled with my car and would definitely recommend Nissan to anyone looking to buy a new/used vehicle.
Alan Cunningham could not have been more helpful throughout my experience with Yeomans. From my initial phone call, to the test drive, then onto explaining details of my proposed purchase and finally a friendly collection from Bognor Regis train station and the completion of the sale. Alan was the most professional and kind sales person myself and my family had met in years, normally the sales man/woman want your custom for their own agenda, Alan had us at the heart of his sale, he wanted best for us, put our needs first. He was amazing with our children and made them feel important and part of the experience of the sale. I would strongly urge anyone looking for a car to visit Nissan Bognor and ask for Alan. You will walk away a very happy customer. We will definitely be returning in the future for another car.
Dealt with Alan Cunningham at Nissan Bognor-Regis. Very professional, efficient, friendly. Transaction went very smoothly, I was delighted with the part exchange offer they made to me and after a couple of months and 1000 miles in my new Quashqai I am sure I made the right decision. Love the car, can't fault the dealership. I will be going back to see Alan in a few years when I want to change my car. I am confident I will get a good/fair deal.
Visited Nissan in Bognor Regis, saw Adrian Thomas who took me around the cars, patiently explained the stock , prices, etc etc. Went for a couple of test drives and decided on a car. Put down £1k deposit and arranged to pick up car on Friday as it needed tyres, an MOT and a few other bits. Collected vehicle after a short paperwork exercise and drove away a very happy chappy… I was treated politely by all the staff I met and have no problem recommending Yeomans Bognor & Adrian..
We were new Motability customers to Nissan Yeoman and Alan gave us a first class five star service throughout the process. From choosing a car suited to meeting our disability needs, providing full and accurate information, ordering and keeping us informed each step of the way and delivering on time, the high level of service did not miss a beat. Just bought this little beauty from Yeomans Nissan in Bognor Regis. We really love the Qashqai range for style, economy and comfort. This is our forth, each time we have gone up a little in spec. Dawn who was handling the sale and part exchange was very friendly and helpful. The change over was easily done with smiles all round. We have had a couple of decent drives out so far and are very pleased with what we have bought.
Cannot recommend Alan and Nissan enough. Their customer service was top notch - it was personal but not pressurising in any way. I was given all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Alan kept me up to date at regular intervals and everything was sorted smoothly and with no issues. I especially loved the personal video message a few days later thanking me for my purchase and reminding me that they were there to help with anything I needed. Also was very grateful that Alan topped up the petrol tank for me even though there was a petrol station round the corner and more than enough in the tank to get me there - it was such a thoughtful gesture.
Being a previous customer and getting great customer service for the past 3 years I decided to return to upgrade my car. The sales agents Adrian and Sam were helpful and advised me on my payment options, affordable credit answering my never ending questions and being transparent. Showed me cars available in my price range, offered refreshments. On collection were again available for questions helping me sort the transfer of my old car to a friend, sorting the transfer of my personalised number plates from old vehicle and to my now new car when the time came. Sorted out all the paperwork for me giving me copies and followed up with a phone call the following week. Car was well presented and clean and new upgrades explained. Highly recommend Thanks guys Emma Tribe
