Had my Venga annual service and mot recently and another pleasant experience was had,The staff are always polite and friendly,
Top notch service. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Recently had a crankshaft sensor problem. Kia Slated Barn found the problem, booked me in, obtained the part, did the job. But here's where they went that extra mile. I casually mentioned that some time in the future, I would like them to investigate some rattles that were annoying me! When I picked the car up, the mechanic had found some loose suspension mountings, tightened them all up and hadn't charged me a penny. Thank you! Furthermore, the clock had always been wrong. As if by magic, it now tells exactly the right time... Highly recommended.
ALWAYS exceptional customer service from Staff who know the cars and are so helpful. I cannot recommend Paul and his team highly enough. Nothing is too much trouble.
This garage is well organized, the staff go out of their way to help you and will always give good advice. You get what you pay for, but the diagnostic equipment they use leaves nothing to chance. Professional to the core.

Car serviced and mot'd. All OK but car washed but not valeted as promised. Plus the fact that despite pointing out a pinprick area of rust starting they did nothing and when challenged they said they didn't have the paint even though it's a kia car at a kia garage.
I really like the service you get here very friendly professional service with very knowledgeable staff. It's more expensive than other places but with the extra for piece of mind
Courteous and helpful. My first service here and it was good. Only complaint is they charge for a courtesy car. Otherwise it would have been a 5.
