I phoned to book a taxi for my uncle who has Multiple Sclerosis for an appointment at the hospital. I informed the person on the phone that, due to his condition, it would take him slightly longer to reach the taxi so they would need to be patient. On the day, the gentleman phoned my uncle and told him that he was outside. By the time my uncle got there, he had driven off. He then phoned my uncle and said "You took too long so I left." This meant that my uncle missed a very important appointment. This is absolutely appalling treatment of a disabled person and I will not be using this service again.

Used these guys for an airport pick-up and was very impressed. Turned up on time, communication with the driver was excellent and the price was good. Would recommend.

Every single time in the e last 6 times this company has let me down for picking me up. They may have picked me up once bit sent a rufugee with no licence and could not drive to save his life. Those time I had someone swear at me for not being at Prince of Wales street instead of Prince of Wales pub...... Just to notify people prince of Wales street is off connaught Street that I was going to......... Why would I ask for a taxi for a 50 second walk at most!

Booked a taxi for an early morning pickup. Told the dispatcher the pickup address and destination and asked specifically for a driver who could take a card payment - told that would be fine. Driver was on time, polite, no complaints there or about the journey. The journey would usually cost about £5.50 in a black cab. Get to destination and discover a: minimum card payment is £10 (!) and minimum cash fare is £7. If is been notified of this in the booking call, I'd have gone elsewhere. Will not use these guys again.

Had to cancel a cab last minute when the driver was outside and he was so understanding. Also left my phone in a cab and they delivered it back to me next day.
