Sarah made us feel comfortable when arranging the funeral. She explained in detail the different options available, also helpful with the order of service and flowers. Carol conducted the funeral service with compassion and dignity. Although the day was difficult, the compassion shown by Yeatmans helped us come to terms with Kathleen's passing. Absolute first class service from start to finish from the team at Yeatmans. I had to arrange my Mums funeral from over 300 miles away but found an angel in Sarah at Yeatmans who not only got me through the whole process in a caring and professional manner, but also made suggestions which made the actual service so much more than I could have expected. It could not have been arranged better.
Everything was straightforward right from the first phone call to the end of the funeral. All the staff were very helpful, they were available at all times and responded quickly to issues raised. I would recommend Yeatmans to anybody.
John, Ian and Vicky at Yeatmans Funeral Directors Poole were the most kind, caring, helpful and supportive team I have ever experienced they looked after my Dad to the absolute highest standard from start to finish. They were always on call whenever my family and I wanted to see Dad and nothing was to much trouble always at the end of the phone and they took care of everything. The silver lining out of the loss of my Dad is I truly feel I have made life long friends who I will hold close to my heart forever.

The family of the late Margaret McEwen , who passed away on 10th November 2019 are pleased to have had Yeatmans great team arrange the funeral and cremation of a lovely lady. Having previously organized the funeral of husband Keith McEwen in 2015, it was fitting to have the same family firm looking after Margarets arrangements. Despite the atrocious weather on Thursday 21st November and having to make an emergency detour to by pass a particularly nasty road traffic accident in Branksome Wood Road , the cortege arrived in good time at the Bournemouth Crematorium for all the formalities to proceed in a solemn , but organized manner. We never felt rushed or ushered out at the end of the proceedings and Julie in the office and Chris the stand-in Funeral Director were very efficient , professional and caring. Yeatmans made a sad occasion much more bearable.
