Charming atmosphere of an old pub. Very friendly staff. The food was good but nothing expectional hence the 4 stars. The fish medley I had was slightly over cooked but everything else was delicious. The banoffee pie I had was good.
Lovely pub garden to enjoy the summer weather. Staff were very friendly and social distancing was adhered to. For some reason I found the cheesy garlic Ciabatta absolutely incredible. Best I've tasted. Would definitely visit here again. There is ample parking and even on a Sunday it wasn't too busy. Recommended.
This is a fabulous pub for any occasion. Food service and choice of drinks are all great. We’ve never had a bad experience here. All Covid safe and well thought out processes in place. Always feel welcome and safe. Well worth a visit when lockdown is over
I visited a few weeks back with my brother and love this place - the menu is amazing and we were served by a lovely lady called Beth. She was great, can't wait to go back!
