Normally, they are very good. I’ve eaten inside and collected takeaways. Food is normally very fresh. But yesterday, my wings were dark and dry. Obviously they were old wings. Burger was dry and rubbery. Disappointed
This is not favorite chicken and ribs from London this has no where near the same flavours or consistency that the real favorite has sorry guys but this is not the real favorite chicken and ribs franchise. I know because favorite chicken has a unique taste and breading. This is not it.
Love this place enjoy the food my only issue is the prices have increased alot since the last 2 years. Its such a shame as the food is so nice but its gone from being a bargain to very expensive. Which is very off-putting new prices have become more and more expensive. So I hardy come here now. Such a shame as here is better than kfc
Ordered 6pcs ribs meal. Only good thing about the meal was the fries. Ribs not cooked properly and sour tasting, and the side, beans, are tasting old.
Ordered and payed online...waited2 hours...still nothing...phoned to inquire...said be about10 mins...another i/2 hr...still nothing...phoned again and no answer...phoned again using landline which they answered...then told they not received order as website not been working for 2 weeks. Not evan a suggestion of sorry what can I get you!!..terrible customer service!!!

This is utterly one of THE WORST fried chicken fast-food I have EVER ate. I delivered the food on Uber Eats and it took 1 hour which is reasonable compared to their chicken quality. I had ate 1 Traditional Chicken piece and 6 wings. After this experience, at night, I have had no sleep due to the amount of sickness I was going through. Every hour I would have vomited for a straight day. From day to night I had been vomiting. I will never order fast food from this place again. Disastrous
Service is pretty quick with extra staff available to take orders if there's a queue. When I entered, 2 were serving with only one person in front of me. The food quality is quite good, the spicy chicken is just that - well marinaded as the menu suggests. The place was clean, ample seating available, bins emptied when full, trays collected, tables wiped down as people left. So where does the place lose a star? The portions are like those served on a child's menu. Compared to other similar food places where adults have large chicken strips n children get smaller strips, these were definitely child portion sizes. The portion of fries was around 40%-50% less than other similar food places; probably just enough to sandwich between 2 bread n butter is how small the portion was
