Great service. Cute decor, lots to read on the ceiling/wall. Lovely little cheese board with our beer & cuppa tea. Good atmosphere. Cosy. Low dark ceilings, bow ya head if you're over 6ft
Me and my friend visit with my friend baby. The cakes and coffee was amazing.nHowever, I was more touched by the staff there, they were so considered and provided us with bowl of hot water to warm up the baby milk. Thank you for making us feel welcome
We stayed in a Double room-Basic-Ensuite with Shower for one night at the end of May. Very good service. Close to Castleton visitor centre. The room was decorated in a traditional British style and was well maintained. We had the breakfast in the pub downstairs. We got few choices to chose from and I must say the breakfast was excellent. It was really enjoyable to have it in such a great atmosphere.
The food was absolutely amazing, we had 3 different meals and each of them was delicious. Definitely way above your average pub grub in my eyes.nnThen service was second to none. The lady serving was so lovely. Always responding, how can I help you love. She was such a sweetheart.
We stayed for two nights bed & breakfast food was fantastic rooms really well kept & clean location was excellent all the staff we met were all very friendly but we have to give a special mention to a young lady called Lana who went above and beyond her duties excellent service and would be an asset to any business. .nThank you for making our stay very enjoyable .nWe will certainly be back again .nnDes & Diane
