First time visiting this salon, just moved to the area. Ladies were lovely but the worst haircut and style I have ever had. The lady cutting my hair didn’t even consult with me prior to having my hair washed like any hairdressers I have previously been to, so not sure how they can get an idea of how you hair is if the first time they see it it is soaking wet. Sadly wont be returning...booked in at my old one miles away to get it put right next week.

My wife went here twice to get her hair coloured. Had to pay to get the colour changed after she wasn't happy with it and still isn't happy with it. Wouldn't recommend them for colour - came out a strange yellow blonde and when it was toned down, now looks ginger!Service: Hair coloring
Booked a facial for my wife as a surprise and thank you to her for looking after me following spinal surgery. Staff were so friendly and professional throughout. My wife loved the treatment and said staff treated her like royalty. A truly enjoyable and competitively priced experience. Will use them again.
Just had my haircut, I’m really vague when it comes to how I want my hair as I’ve always had my mum also a hairdresser cut it without me saying anything. Phillippa was brilliant, she got to work and I’m over the moon with the cut, I’ve tried other places for a haircut in Witham, but for me personally you can’t beat a seasoned hairdresser! Thank you!
Although I'm a wimp and don't deal with pain very well ! Rea waxed my back as quickly as she could . Always makes this horrific experience as pleasant as possible thank you .
