So when it came to selling my father’s flat we turned to Yates Hellier again, and are very glad that we did. Ross was on top of every detail, and the flat sold quickly and for an excellent price. Every aspect of the sale was handled personally by Ross in a professional, knowledgeable and proactive manner, communication was excellent throughout, and Ross worked extremely hard to ensure that the property was marketed to its best advantage. The staff in Yates Hellier are fantastic, and I would give them more than 5 stars if there is such an option! They know what they are doing, and have that personal touch as well. I have just vacated from a lovely one bed room property in the West End to move to a larger 2 bed room property and have been with Yates Hellier since 2019. From Ross initial welcome and showing me round the apartment when I viewed it and when I first moved in; and to William for all his help. Also can't forget Jonny who is ever on hand to help with any maintenance related issues. They are supremely professional and I highly recommend them!
