Good location could very much do with a clean

Stay for two nights for Airbnb , Bad=Showers broke down first night which they did fixed it eventually , very noisy by the main road, two very small toilet and shower cubicle, No tea bags! No sugar! One double bed in the only living room and two twin bedroom converted from the loft, No Wi-Fi which they say they have! Good= nice host, comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen !

I thought the cottage was very clean and homely, like home from home. the cottage was on a lovely lane very quite and great scenery. great family pub few yard away with great food. cottage had everthing we needed there already and the owner was very helpful and did their best to please. would definetely stay again on next visit and have already recommended to friends.

had an excellent stay at the cottages its close to local amenities and pubs etc. welcoming reception from owners as we arrived from the owner of yarm guest cottages and all our requests were met to a very high standard. when we got to our room we were very pleasantly surprised at the high standards of the room for such a cheap price and we found the room very comfortable and our stay was fantastic we would definitely recommend these cottages to our friends and family and we hope to be staying again soon.

Iam a contractor and i found the cottages to be just what i was looking for cheep and comfortable, they were clean and tidy and the owner was very helpfull i would definitely stay again
