i liked the concept and found the food to be good.

Staff impolite, unhelpful, robotic. I asked for small box. No noodles or rice but x 3 portions of chicken.  Only x 2 portions suited my needs so I asked for addition of another portion of the same to make up the 3 items. I was refused and expected to pay x 2 items for full price. Just ridiculous. I refused and left.

Appalling service here tonight. What they served my daughter was a disgrace. The gravy was black and looked like tar. When I complained I was told it was too late I picked it. We will not be back. Staff are so rude and have zero customer service skills.

Staff are so rude. Food was disgusting. No basic customer services. My 6 year old wanted to use the toilet but no toilet roll. So informed a staff member she did not bother. Staff were so arrogant.

Awful. I asked for chicken balls and I got salted chilli chicken, when I corrected him instead of giving me a new one, he picked out the chicken and only some chilli and gave it to me. I am not pleased with this as I myself had to pick it out and it has made my food have the chilli flavour.

Waited ages on my food and it was woeful to say the least. I'm usually excited to try new places but I will not be coming back.

Food was disgusting, absolutely tasteless and a waste of £5.80 for a box meal!  Will not be back.

Staff are impolite and rude, food is nice though
