Normally the food we order from these guys was good, not fancy but good. Ordered satay veg and everything was ray sauce pure water. Called up to get a replacement not even a refund. But cheeky wee shte on the phone said its "spozed to taste like at..." Not ordering again. Avoid if you can.

Worst takeaway I’ve had. Plate of undercooked chicken that I couldn’t eat for fear of getting ill. Another member of the family had to be sick after eating some of it. As for the taste, it was almost impossible to tell the difference between honey chilli and sweet and sour dishes ordered. So bad. AVOID

No more orders from here. The menu says free prawn crackers on orders over £15 but owner has changed this to £28, well at least for me. Crackers cost a few pence.

absolutely the worst food from any carryout and when I  asked to speak to owner was told " too busy".Not one customer in the place, now I know why Will not be back

Can anyone tell me if these are burnt apparently they are not this is from emerald city cavehill Road Chinese and they refused me a refund  and they said thats the way they come never see duck roll like this

Worst Chinese I've had in a long time. My usual is shut on a Monday so I gave this one a try. Not enough curry sauce for the fried rice so I only eat half. The chicken is not fresh. Bought frozen so if you don't want rubbery chicken give them a miss. My dog got mine and I had to make myself something to eat. I was inedible.

Worst take away staff are liars and can't get orders right delivery driver answers the phone with a rotten attitude food is sub par. Only ordered once and will never waste my money on them again avoid at all costs nicer Chineses elsewhere

One of the worst Chinese Takeaways ever!  The food is rotten and the customer service is an absolute disgrace.  The owner has absolutely no manners and is extremely rude to customers and staff alike.  Do not give them your custom people - there are better Chinese Takeaways!

We ordered food and the delivery driver struggled to find us. We finally got our order and part of it was missing. This is the second and last time we order from there. When we rang to tell them, the woman that works there passed the phone to the delivery man in his 50s. He said we hadn't ordered what was missing. We checked the app. We definitely had. He then put the phone away from his mouth but was clearly heard by the roomful of people I was with, saying that we messed him about and it took ages to find us. The woman cackled loudly in the background. Then they said they were not delivering and hung up. Will not order from them again. This was the second time I've bought from them and both times it had stuff missing.

Expensive but usually good ingredients but last 2 time beef went to dogs was disgusting and chewy so won't be back unto they get better
