This is our 7th or 8th time ordering from them, delivery and collection, and it's inconsistent at best. Sometimes the food is amazing and sometimes, like today, it's very disappointing. We had to send a couple of items back due to being given the wrong dish and they couldn't have been more reluctant to resend them. Trying to tell us that that is what the dishes are supposed to be which, unless we've been given the wrong order every time we previously ordered it, simply isn't true. When we did get the right dishes they were badly made and ridiculously portioned. I paid £3 for about 14 slithers of broccoli! If you get them on a good day then their food is the best around, otherwise it's overpriced and disappointing. Also they don't seem to know their own menu, some things may have changed but we had to describe at least 2 things to them and the girl on the other end seemed baffled they do them but the girl seemed to be quite helpful and I don't blame her for any of this. I wish this was a one-off but I doubt we'll order from them again now. Too much of a gamble to lose so much money.

Will never ever come here again. Charge my son who's 9 and adult price of 11.95  because he's "too tall" never heard of a policy like this I found it border line discrimination. Also if you are looking for service with a smile this is not the place to get it. The main lady is rude and looked at us like the dirt under her shoe. WI'll never come here again!

Arrived with my family, was told prices of adults and children and asked if we was happy with that and we said yes. When seated the woman took the table number off the table which also had a price list on per person which I only knew as I looked on the table next to us. They charged my eldest of 12 for an adult price and my son 9 and 2 daughters who are 3 & 4 as a child which was £7.50. I asked the woman how can she charge the 2 babies full child's price when it states infant price of £3.50 and my 12 year old as an adult?? She said she asked if we was happy and coz we agreed price that's that so explained that there wasn't a price list given when we arrived ect and that they 2 youngest only had chips noddles and an ice cream. She was very rude and very ignorant. All the food tastes the same and when asked for duck they made the pancack for you instead of bringing you a plate and helping your self. Defiantly wouldn't go again it was the worst Chinese we have ever had,  looked like It was all from Iceland

First time user. Received an welcoming reception by the host and the restaurant had a calmy environment. Was a take away customer and my food was excellent. Will definatelly return although is a bit expensive on extra, as the portions were too small.

Well we wasnt impressed with our meal.. Took about 30 mins from going into takeaway to getting food. The meat was fatty and another meal was tasteless Don't think I'll bother next time. Still to our usual Chinese. Shame as its close.

The Yangtze is closed for refurbishment.  I didn't know this at the time and after phoning their number a couple of times, they answer the call then hang up straight away.  Why not just unplug the phone or leave a message on an answer phone?  Poor, very poor.  However, I can recommend the Peking Duck at the traffic lights, good meals and good service.

It's not bad reasonably priced buffet if you like chicken this chicken that, staff on the whole not too bad although there is one that struts around like Hitler and you plates gone before it's empty

Came for sons 12th Birthday..  Food and atmosphere were brilliant.  Staff so friendly and attentive.  Fantastic experience.

Poor  service  bad  attitude  ordered  a  Chinese  for  delivery  and  yes  they  delivered  but  had  no  change  I  gave  her  twenty meal  came  to  seven  she  gave  me  three  back  and  promised  to  come  back  with  mi  tenna  five  hours  later   and  a  few  phone  calls  maybe  and  the  cheeky  biatch  said  walk  up  for  ure  money  lol  why  ring  for  delivery  don't  bother  attitude  stinks  poor  customers  service  and  not  that  good  food

I don't get the Ratings on here. Service is always great and the food is really good. Come here loads and never a problem.
