I ordered a salt n pepper box for 2 defo a meal for one there were no ribs 5 chicken wings 2 chicken pieces instead of 2 chicken wings an a good few chicken pieces also the chicken was blackFood: 1/5
If you plan on having hamburger and chips from this takeaway I would advise not to. They dont but salad on the burger like every burger should have the bit of salad I got on my burger was minuscule you can see in the photo below the chips were not salted and tasted like they were 2 days old. I hope I dont get sick from this. This takeaway isn't as nice as it seems not going here again I'll go to mcdonalds were they make real burger and chips for cheaper.
Terrible. Not even worth 1 star. Had a special chow mein. It was vile. It was a few noodles with a load of beansprouts and 2 or 3 slices of pork and chicken dumped on top. The polystyrene box was a red flag. Shame I never checked it the shop. If I did they would have been wearing it. Do yourself a favour avoid this place like the plague. They overcharge for appalling food. The Chinese around the corner on finch lane is miles better and cheaper. You have been warned. I have reported this place to trading standards and the local council. I had 3 mouthfuls and was ill the next day. Even the dog would not eat it. It went in the bin. They refused to refund me my 7 pounds. It's going to cost them much more now. Horrible staff who can't speak English. Avoid at all costs. This place has no redeeming characteristics. Give it a wide berth. There are several better and cheaper take aways locally.
Called in here 3 times a week for fish and chips for my father in law. He was bedbound but he loved his fish and chips. The staff are lovely and the fish and chips is the best. Lovely crunchy batter on the fish, Highly recommend Yang Sing.Food: 5/5
Ordered today via ubereats, took longer than time stated. Called to check on order, no sorry was given, just that it is coming in 10mins which was not 10mins of course, then I tried calling back twice as per uber's suggestions. Phone no longer being answered. Uber order had requested utensils, not put in. When food arrived just bland. I have eaten Chinese food many times before, this was not what I expected. 2 dishes ordered and both just bland, no flavour, like it was just done for the sake of. I regret, should have gone to Cosmo instead with the amount I paid. Worst chinese food ever.
hot and sour soup is getting a lot less meat in today I got 1 piece . need to get a new chef or put some food in the soup . awful. chips were lunch times warmed up as they were too over cooked and dark brown . happened more than once now . should not be able to sell warm up chips. curry lovely . fried rice is awful very lumpy and we had 4 large hard lumps of rice in it they were that hard they were like rocks .please fix the problems . apart from that staff are lovely .

Chicken wings was not cooked raw bits and immediately looking at them they didn’t look right it didn’t look like chicken more like raw salt an pepper Sui mi, I took one bite and thru the 2 portions straight in the bin waist of money! used to have nice food here not no more gone down hill
First time I have rated Yang Sing although I have had takeaways from here many times. I have never been disappointed. Special chow mein is my favourite. All the dishes I have tried have been very tasty, nice big portions and lots of meat. I would recommend, only downfall is they don't deliver.
Had food from here at lunch time yesterday and to my surprise the food seemed to be reheated from the day before . the chips were nearly dark brown and the savoury cake was brown inside . it was reheated and tasted absolutely horrible . we always eat here and shocked that they have started to reheat food .because i have always loved eating here but i think we will have to start eating in jumbos again whuch is a walk but worth it in the end .its such a shame .
