If you are that way please call in, you will not be disappointed. There is a wonderful Craft shop that stocks a huge range of supplies, Wood workers shop, fabulous Gallery and Cafe serving tasty treats. Each department was staffed by lovely helpful and friendly people. It was such a joy to look around such a clean, bright and well presented place.

Excellent customer service, great selection of stock. Staff were friendly and helpful. The wood stock was pretty comprehensive and includes several offcuts bins for those looking for a bargain. Good selection of tools.

I have visited Yandles on several occasions and I have always found the staff to be extremely polite and with a vast knowledge of all things wood. I always tell people to use the place and the cafe is well worth the money and quite reasonable as well.

Ordered on two separate occasions. And on both occasions, customer service has let me down: on one, a parcel missing but no call back to chase it; the second, an order not dispatched when promised. Second time, I needed goods for a weekend job. Phoned prior to ordering at 9am on the Thursday, and was promised the order would be picked up straight away. Placed the order online straight away, then followed up with an email to stress if the order could not go out that day to please ring me. No phonecall, but order didn't arrive Friday. Called, and it's due to leave today for delivery Monday. Not good enough. Two orders, and both messed up on customer service grounds. I won't order again.
